(BEAVER FALLS, Pa.) —Geneva College begins offering Graduate Program Virtual Chats video conferences to connect those considering a master’s degree with graduate program directors, faculty and admissions counselors. Graduate Program Virtual Chats using Zoom Video Conferencing are an efficient way to get to know Geneva’s graduate programs during this period of “stay-at-home” orders.

Two online sessions are scheduled for Tuesday, March 14: M.A. in Higher Education at 3 p.m. and, at 6 p.m., M.A. in Counseling and M.Ed. with School Counseling Certificate. The Higher Education Virtual Chat will connect prospective students with faculty members and professionals from Geneva’s Career and Calling Office to find out about the field of higher education, job prospects, what it’s like studying and working at Geneva College, and how to proceed. The Counseling Virtual Chat is an opportunity to talk with graduate school faculty and learn about the various disciplines in counseling, outcomes for graduates, CACREP accreditation benefits and next steps. In both sessions, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions.

Vice President of Enrollment Tony Turner says, “Geneva graduate programs empower people to make changes in their personal and professional lives through Christ-centered education. This value has never been as clear as it is now in these difficult times. Geneva stands ready to help, and a great way for someone to start is to attend the Graduate Program Virtual Chats.”

Geneva will soon announce dates and registration information for Graduate Virtual Chats for the Master of Business Administration (MBA) and M.S. in Cybersecurity programs.
