BEAVER FALLS, Pa. -- Geneva College welcomes Dr. John Fea, American historian, author and professsor of American History at Messiah University, as Constitution Day speaker at the invitation of Geneva Visiting Artist and Lecture Series (GVALS). Dr. Fea will speak to a live audience in Geneva's John White Chapel at sessions that will also be presented by Zoom video conference at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sep. 17 on "The Wonder-Working Power of the Bible in American Politics" and at 10:10 a.m. on Friday, Sep. 18 on "The Anti-Federalist Tradition in American History."

Space in John White Chapel is limited for live audience members, and advance registration is required. Students can sign up with an Operoo account at https://app.operoo.com/forms/329864. Dr. Fea is available following both talks for questions and answers.

Dr. Fea received an MA in Church History and MDiv at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a PhD in American History at Stony Brook University. He is the author or editor of four books and his essays and reviews have appeared in a variety of scholarly and popular venues.  He blogs daily at The Way of Improvement Leads Home.  He lives in Mechanicsburg, PA with his wife Joy, daughters Allyson and Caroline, and dog Jersey.
