Geneva College Names 2022 Commencement, Baccalaureate Speakers

Geneva College welcomes The Reverend Dr. Kevin DeYoung, Senior Pastor of Christ Covenant Church in Matthews, NC, as traditional undergraduate commencement speaker and Charles “Mick” Jones ’08, MSOL ‘11, Beaver Falls City Manager, as speaker to graduates of adult degree, graduate degree, and Pittsburgh Campus programs on Saturday, May 7. The Reverend Dr. Jeffrey Stivason, Pastor of Grace Reformed Presbyterian Church, speaks at Baccalaureate on Friday, May 6.

Geneva Expands Range of Early College Courses

Geneva College announces an expanded range of 21 fully online courses for the 2022 summer term in its Early College / Dual Enrollment program for high school students interested in earning college credits at a discounted tuition rate of $198 per credit. The Geneva Chemistry Society invites local community members to submit lawn and garden soil samples for free chemical analysis from March 15-31. This annual community service project gives students the opportunity to practice what they are learning in the classroom while helping homeowners and gardeners to fertilize and treat soil for the growing season.

Over seventy employers were present at the event all looking for students to fill either full-time positions, part-time positions, internships, summer opportunities or graduate school and seminary opportunities.
