(BEAVER FALLS, Pa.) – Geneva College welcomes Jerry Miller as Director of Human Resources with responsibility to lead the human resources function, including areas of employment/talent acquisition, benefits, training, safety, compensation, employee relations, and payroll.

Miller has over 20 years’ experience in a variety of HR and safety roles at Schwebel Baking Company and Vallourec/VAM USA, both in Youngstown, OH, and Joy Mining Machinery of Franklin, PA. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business/Human Resources from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. 

Miller lives in New Castle with his wife, Heather, and two daughters. He is a long-time member of New Life Baptist Church in New Wilmington, PA. In his spare time, Jerry enjoys watching his daughters perform in the school band, at concerts, softball, and volleyball, and he is an avid hunter and fisherman.
