Geneva College Pittsburgh Campus partners to offer these educational programs with The Center for Urban Biblical Ministry (CUBM), which rents facilities at the Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary. Geneva College Pittsburgh Campus grants degrees in Business, Christian Ministry, Community Leadership, and Human Services, and while the college is a Reformed Presbyterian Church of North America mission station, students attend congregations throughout the greater Pittsburgh area.

In the reformed theological view of the world, which Geneva College holds, the focus is on the sovereignty of God in all areas of life. Differing viewpoints are expected and handled in a sensitive manner by a faculty that respects students and their various faith perspectives.
