Our mission is to connect students with professional opportunities for networking, development, and jobs in the field of accounting.

American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)

Club Mission Statement / Purpose

The objective of ASCE Geneva Chapter is the promotion of the Civil Engineering profession, through the organized effort of this group and through student interaction with each other and members of the engineering profession.

This club meets weekly throughout the semester for speaker events and occasional off-campus trips to sites of interest. Meetings are open to all engineering students.

American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)

Club Mission Statement / Purpose

The ASME club exists to advance and disseminate the theory and practice of mechanical engineering, the presentation of proper perspective of engineering work, and the opportunity to become acquainted with the personnel and activities of the national society.  We also serve the mechanical engineering students at Geneva by providing opportunities to network with classmates and professors in the engineering department in ways that promote professional consciousness and fellowship.

Chemistry Club

Club Mission Statement / Purpose

The mission of the Geneva College Chemistry club is to provide a Christ centered atmosphere for academic growth in the physical sciences. We strive to achieve this goal through public demonstrations, academic lectures, research projects, service projects and overall discussions of faith and science.

Computer and Electrical Engineering Club (ComECal)

Club Mission Statement / Purpose

ComECal's purpose is to provide an environment where students interested in computer engineering, electrical engineering and computer science can explore aspects of computer and electrical engineering by creating a variety of out-of-the-classroom projects. We want to provide a place where students can utilize the knowledge they have learned in the classroom in the development of real-world applications that are fun and contribute beneficially to the Geneva and Beaver Falls communities.

This club meets weekly throughout the semester for a variety of activities including projects, speakers, and outreach events. Meetings are open to all engineering and computer science students.

Criminal Justice Club

Club Mission Statement / Purpose

The mission of our criminal justice club is to create an opportunity for students to learn about the criminal justice profession and those impacted by the criminal justice system in a Christian environment. The club emphasizes the importance of Christian education in each student's professional and spiritual development

 Designed to bring together the three majors from within Geneva's English Department. The club will also seek to serve the community at large in various ways each year.

Geneva Student Education Association

Club Mission Statement / Purpose

The purpose of GSEA shall be (1) to foster a spirit of collegiality among education majors; (2) to provide a co-curricular format for educating future teachers about current resources, strategies, and issues surrounding the school organization and education; and (3) to provide opportunities for community service to benefit school-aged children.

National Student Speech Language Hearing Association

Club Mission Statement / Purpose:

The purpose of this club is to enhance the educational and social experience of students on the Geneva College campus by furthering academic knowledge, promoting awareness of communication disorders in surrounding communities, and preparing students for a future career in speech-language pathology.

Pre-Health Care Career Club

Club Mission Statement / Purpose

A Christ-centered student led group designed to bring together, support, and educate anyone interested in pursuing a pre-health care career path.  Working alongside faculty advisors with experience in the field, officers will plan and organize activities for students and citizens in the community.

Pre-Law Club

Club Mission Statement / Purpose

Seeks to prepare prospective law students with adequate resources to prepare them for the unique challenges of preparing for law school.  This includes, but is not limited to, introducing students to individuals in the legal profession, creating connections with law school admissions officers in the Western Pennsylvania area and beyond, and preparing students for the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT).  An extra emphasis will be placed on developing and understanding of the Biblical concept of justice, Isaiah 1:17 claims, "Learn to do goo; seek justice, correct oppression..." (NIV).  As future professionals in the business of justice, the Club will focus on advancing justice on our campus as well as in the greater Beaver Falls community.

Creation Care Club

Club Mission Statement / Purpose

Promote stewardship of the creation on Geneva’s campus and in the community. To teach and demonstrate what it means to be cultivators of creation through learning about God's creation and continuing to beautify our campus and surrounding communities. We provide education about creation and history of resource use, promote discussion about environmental topics, participate in community service projects, encourage related research projects, and track progress of Geneva’s environmental stewardship practices.

Engineering Ambassadors Network (EAN)

Mission Statement / Purpose

Our mission for Engineering Ambassadors is to be agents of change through leadership, conversations, presentations, and hands-on activities as we inspire the next generation to challenge the role that engineering plays in society. We desire to help students purse engineering creatively as it impacts the health, safety and happiness of all.

Our goal is to connect with families, prospective students, alumni, industry partners and the community to inspire others to see the astounding opportunities in the engineering field and at Geneva College. We hope that our presentations and programs play a role in changing the conversation that students are having about engineering.

EAN meets weekly throughout the semester and has attended regional training conferences in the fall semester for new members. Members give presentations regularly throughout the year in the local community. Meetings are open to all engineering and STEM majors.

Society of Women Engineers (SWE)

Club Mission Statement / Purpose:

Society of Women Engineers

The purpose of Geneva's SWE student chapter is to:

  • To build relationships and support networks among current engineering students.
  • To connect students to the world of professional engineering opportunities by hosting speakers from a variety of disciplines within the engineering industry.
  • Prepare students to enter internships and careers through professional development activities that strengthen interview and resume building skills.
  • Engage in outreach activities that will introduce and expose young women to engineering in a safe and supportive environment.
  • SWE meets weekly throughout the semester for a variety of activities including speaker events, projects, study help sessions, and outreach events. Meetings are open to all engineering students, both men and women.

Cheerleading Club

Club Mission Statement / Purpose

As Geneva College cheerleaders, we strive to promote school spirit and to boost the morale of the Geneva College football, and men′s basketball teams. We exist to encourage our fellow athletes as they work hard to better themselves and their teams throughout the respective seasons. As Geneva College Cheerleaders, it is considered our responsibility and our joy to promote a positive athletic environment, while supporting the Geneva College men′s football and basketball teams. We exist to entertain and to encourage spectators to act in a positive and sportsmanship-like way at respective athletic games.
