Geneva offers several Online Degree Programs designed to offer a flexible experience for working adults looking to complete their bachelor's degree. One of these online opportunities is the Management Program.

Students learn the skills and concepts needed to thrive in the fast-paced business environment through Geneva’s Management program. Whether looking to start a new career or grow within a current role, this program helps students achieve their professional goals. Participants study human resources, finance, marketing, resource management, and supervision, all of which provide students with a valuable foundation for becoming a leader within their field.

A total of 120 credits are needed for students to complete this program, consisting of 36 major credits, 18 core credits, and 66 elective credits. For students transferring from another institution, up to 84 eligible credits may be applied to the elective or core credit requirements.

This program is conducted fully online, making it accessible for students who need more flexibility than what is offered through in-person programs.

Students can pair this degree with a minor in any of our other online degree programs: Child & Family Services, Human Resources, or Psychology. By adding one of these minors, students enhance their marketability to prospective or current employers.

Each program course is taught by an expert within the field who provides practical insight into the course material. Major courses include Business Law, Organizational Behavior, Principles of Accounting, and Quantitative Analysis. Not only will students gain valuable leadership skills, but they will gain insight into building an ethical framework for leadership.

Each course at Geneva reflects the values and standards of the institution, especially the value of the integration of faith and learning. It is evident within each program course how Scripture influences the field and its primary concepts.

Don’t let finances stand between you and the next step in your education. At Geneva, approximately 90% of online degree program students receive some form of financial aid. Connect with an admissions counselor to learn what may be available to you.
