At Geneva College, students pursuing careers in healthcare begin with a strong foundation in the biological sciences. Our pre-health tracks are all built within the Biology major, providing rigorous academic preparation alongside meaningful integration of faith and life. Students graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, fully equipped for entrance into competitive graduate and professional programs. With dedicated faculty mentors, hands-on research opportunities, and a Christ-centered approach to science and care, Geneva’s biology program prepares students to serve faithfully and effectively in the health and life sciences.

At Geneva College, biology is not just a scientific discipline—it’s a calling. As we study cells, systems, and ecosystems, we marvel at the handiwork of the Creator and grow in our responsibility to steward life well. Our goal is to develop scientists who not only think critically and engage research with excellence, but who also live out their faith through meaningful service in healthcare, research, education, and beyond—bringing glory to God in all they do.
