Good Neighbor Grant provides up to $3,000 per year for first-year residential students and $1,500 for first-year commuter students entering in the fall of 23-24.
First-year students from the following 18 counties in Western Pennsylvania are eligible for the Good Neighbor Grant: Allegheny, Armstrong, Butler, Clarion, Crawford, Erie, Fayette, Forest, Greene, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, Mercer, Somerset, Venango, Warren, Washington and Westmoreland.
The Good Neighbor Grant is stackable with other scholarships, up to the cap for Geneva grants and scholarships -- $20,000 for resident students and $18,000 for commuter students.
The Good Neighbor Grant applies to all students who meet the eligibility requirements, even if they have already accepted an earlier financial aid award from Geneva College.
Only one of the following grants may be stacked with this grant: RPCNA Grant, Church Engagement Grant, Beaver County Scholarship, Christian/Homeschool, or Neighboring States Grant. This award is not offered to transfer students.
Students and families with questions may contact their Geneva College admissions counselor at 800-847-8255 oradmissions@geneva.edu.
