Quest Student Leader Application

Quest student leaders are expected to:

1. Partner with trip advisor to share responsibilities in recruiting student participants and completing administrative tasks prior to the trip.
2. Work with the trip advisor in facilitating fundraising efforts for the team.
3. Attend the trip.
4. Assist in leading preparation discussions and trip meetings.
5. Attend all Quest events including any meetings or trainings and the Immersion Trip Celebration after spring break.
6. Help to develop positive team dynamics.
7. Assist in making decisions during the trip based on the needs of the group, productivity, and safety.
8. Assist in tracking expenses and keeping expenses within the determined budget.
9. Assist in delegating group responsibilities such as projects or leading devotions.
10. Provide opportunities after the trip for debriefing and discussion.
11. Any other duties as assigned by the trip advisor or Center for Student Engagement staff.
