nr_cokes.jpgGeneva College will host the annual Cokes and Connections on Friday, September 6, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on the campus′ Pedestrian Mall. During this event, students from first year to upperclassmen have the opportunity to learn about different churches, programs, clubs and volunteer opportunities that Geneva and the community of Beaver Falls have to offer.

At Cokes and Connections, students are provided with a wide variety of programs and clubs ranging from intramural sports to community service programs such as God Led and Tiger Pause. After visiting a booth, students will receive a ticket from the sponsor. Once the student has at least three tickets, they can be exchanged for a Coca-Cola product at the Geneva College Student Union (GCSU) booth.

This event provides students with connection points early in the semester. "Our hope is to provide a fun activity that helps students find different areas to get plugged in-whether that is through campus clubs, local churches or volunteer experiences in the local community," says Brian Jensen, Director of Student Leadership Development.

Geneva College invites students to accept the challenge of an academically excellent, Christ-centered education. Offering nearly 40 undergraduate majors, an Adult Degree Completion Program with fully online and campus-based options, and seven graduate degrees, Geneva has programs that place students at the forefront of higher learning. Adhering to the inerrancy of scripture, the liberal arts core curriculum fosters a breadth of knowledge through the study of humanities, social and natural sciences, and experiential learning.
