
Amy is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor through Pennsylvania Certification Board, an Accredited Clinical Supervisor, and a Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist. She earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Grove City College.
Amy went on to earn her masters degree in Counseling from Geneva College. She is also a certified Prepare & Enrich Facilitator through Life Innovations, Inc. - a Christian focused premarital counseling program and a certified QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Suicide Prevention instructor.
Amy is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and a member of the American Counseling Association. She also serves as an adjunct professor in Geneva's Master's in Counseling program.
Amy has worked from 1994 to 2010 for ARC Manor (Addiction Recovery Center), a drug and alcohol treatment center located in Kittanning, Armstrong County. She has held various positions at this agency, including their Clinical Director. Her last position was as their Senior Treatment Specialist, whose duties included conducting assessments, crisis intervention, group counseling, and individual counseling in the Residential, Partial and Intensive Outpatient programs.
Amy has also worked as a contracted therapist for Northway Counseling Services through Northway Christian Community Church in Wexford, PA from 2004 to 2009. She provided professional Christian counseling services for individuals, groups, families and couples. She specialized in the area of drug/alcohol addiction, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, self injury and borderline personality disorders. She also provided training and education to local churches and community groups. She is a gifted trainer, having conducted seminars at her place of employment and various training conferences.

Susan is a licensed clinical social worker and received her bachelor's & master's from the University of Pittsburgh School of Social Work. Susan has worked in many different areas of the Social Work field from outpatient therapy, wraparound services, residential treatment and the Aliquippa School District as the school social worker. She specializes in grief, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, anger management and trauma therapy. Susan is looking forward to working with the students at Geneva College to work through any challenges that arise in college life & prepare students to be successful in life with healthy tools to overcome any obstacles that may arise in their lives.
