New Student Health Info

All new students must complete Geneva's medical forms prior to enrollment. These can be found by logging into MyGeneva and choosing Student Information > New Student Forms from the menu.

Incoming students are encouraged to have a medical exam prior to beginning at Geneva College.

Meningococcal (Groups A,C,Y, and W-135) Polysaccharide Diphtheria Toxoid Conjugate Vaccine (Menactra): In accordance with the state of Pennsylvania's College and University Vaccination Act, all college resident students must either be vaccinated for meningitis or sign a waiver form stating their reasons for not receiving the vaccination. This is included with the medical forms found on MyGeneva.
