Rev. Dr. Noble is a member of the Alliance Missions Network, the American Society of Missiology, the National Network of Youth Ministries (NNYM), the NNYM Youth Missions Network, and the Pittsburgh Kids Network.

Rev. Dr. Noble teaches undergraduate courses with Geneva College and also teaches courses with the Center for Urban Biblical Ministy (CUBM).
